I am one of the few licensed psychologists in Lincoln who has specialized training in the treatment eating disorders. I tend to have a way to connect with people, making them feel safe and secure while in my presence. My genuine approach is both humanistic and client-centered, and it utilizes different therapeutic strategies such as cognitive behavioral approaches as needed.

Anorexia Nervosa

  • Individuals believe they’re fat even when they’re dangerously thin and restrict their eating to the point of starvation.

Bulimia Nervosa

Binge Eating Disorder

  • Individuals have out-of-control eating patterns but do not purge.

Other Types of Disordered Eating and Concerns

  • Negative Body Image
  • Emotional Eating
